2 years ago my company was very prosperous with 178 employees, today we're down to 56 employees, losing 15 more critical employees this week to just balance the books. Those that are left take a 15% paycut, insurance increases aren't any fun either.

Ouch! That hurts. Keeping your job while a bunch of your coworkers lose theirs is no fun at all. Not as bad as losing your job too, but still...no fun!
We have the Oregonians that voted for 66 and 67 to thank for the continued - and soon to be accellerated - rates of unemployment. Only now we can count on the exodus of many large corporations, too. Guess who's gonna have to pick up that tax-loss tab, Mr. Taxpayer?
